India

India is a South Asian country in. Habitat for over 1.18 billion people, bounded by the Indian Ocean on the south, the Arabian Sea on the west, and the Bay of Bengal on the east.  By geographical boundary Pakistan is to the west; China, Nepal, and Bhutan to the north; and Bangladesh and Burma to the east. India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives is in the same vicinity of Indian Ocean.  All these countries are considered here as greater India.

History of India

This greater Inidia has been the cradle of one of the oldest civilization named Indus Valley Civilisation four or five thousands years ago.  Since then it has been a commercial trade interest place in the history.  Like any other part of the world it also faced it's share part of the invasions.  The invasions gave rise and form to the religions named Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism and also Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam.   Religion is a great cause for her diverse culture.  Culturally it is a world within the world.  It recently turns out to be an prolific attraction for its nature, positive minded youth and mathematically gifted citizens.
